gluten-free dairy-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups blanched almond flour
2-3 Tbs coconut flour
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ cup coconut oil
1 Tbs. vanilla extract
¼ cup honey
1/3 cup chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:Image
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Add chocolate chips and stir to incorporate.
Place golf-ball sized dough onto parchment lined baking sheet and lightly press down.
Bake 8-12 minutes.
Remove to rack to cool.
Store what you will eat in 1-2 days in a lidded glass container; freeze remaining cookies in a zip top bag.
