Applesauce

34 lbs. of Jonathan apples made 25 pints of pure, unsweetened, delicious applesauce.

Cored and unpeeled apples + 1 cup water ready to simmer.

Cooked apples into the blender for a quick mix

Into a sieve to remove the skins that gave it that beautiful pink color and lots of vitamins.
