Quick & Delicious Dinner

Learn the technique of cooking en papillote (in parchment paper) in this class taught by Chef Elizabeth Roberts, Natural Foods Chef. Each student will assemble their own Salmon and Veggies en Papillote after which Chef Elizabeth will demonstrate how to make a delicious Herbed Cauliflower Puree – and for dessert, a yummy Vanilla Chocolate Pudding. You will have the opportunity to enjoy this sampling with a glass of wine. This is a perfect dinner to prepare for your family and friends without spending all day in the kitchen. Oh, and it all just happens to be allergy-friendly.

This demonstration class will show you how  easy and satisfying it is to use all-natural ingredients to create a wide variety of fresh and flavorful vinaigrettes, dressing, mayo’s, hummus, pesto, and pate.
